A Winter Wonderland and Powder Conditions at Thredbo Following 28cm Of Snow

Guests awoke to a winter wonderland in Thredbo village this morning with skiers and snowboarders experiencing one of the best powder days of the season following 28cm of fresh snow.

Thredbo Resort has received 28cm of fresh snow in the last 24 hours, taking the total count for August to a massive 167cm following numerous recent snowfalls this month.

On Tuesday morning, guests excitedly awoke to see that the village had been transformed into a winter wonderland, with a 10cm coating of fresh snow.

Today has shaped up to be the best day on the mountain so far this season, with skiers and snowboarders thrilled to be riding world-class powder conditions from top to bottom.

What's more, this recent snowfall has added to an already great base, getting the resort ready for a great spring ahead.

Thredbo's media team has captured vision from today's incredible conditions throughout the village and across the mountain. Please feel free to use this across your channels with credit to Thredbo Resort.
