Discover the distinctive flavours of NSW's rock oysters and sustainable seafood at Narooma Oyster Festival, May 3 & 4. Southern NSW’s largest food and wine event boasts demonstrations from renowned chefs like Hao Chen, Serif Kaya and Corey Costelloe, alongside must-see attractions such as Oyster Farmers Alley, Australia’s Oyster Shucking Championships and Australia’s Biggest Oyster.
